The Merfolk you will see about the world of Chaos are ones who have grown restless in the sea and wandered out into the world. They tend to be friendly although an occasional evil one grows out of the bunch. All Merfolk can swim in any water, including underwater, and they regen faster when in water. Merfolk tend to be better spellcasters than fighters.
