Mutant
Mutants are disfigured members of all the races who were victims of the horrible accident that created the god Chao from a mortal warrior. Chao felt terrible for the pain he caused these people, so he restored what he could to their looks, which wasn't much, and imbued them with great magical ability. No other race can touch the magical power of Mutants.
