After you spend many years using the same skills over and over, guilds may grant you the right to try and master some of your skills to an even greater degree than before. The amount of practice sessions required to achieve the next height of perfection is no longer dependent on the skill. The practitioner has to supervise your progress and you will have to spend 1000 practice sessions to raise your skill a notch. After you are granted the right to profess, you can raise your abilities in 5 selected areas of your profession, and every 20 levels you can train one step higher than before. However, no skill can be raised above 95 points. Note also that some skills may not give you noticeable improvement no matter how much you have practiced them, so be careful when choosing what skills you want to learn further.
