Bards, though not known for their prophetic powers, have long preached a tale told in mythology that predicted that the world is soon coming to an end. While most Bards are just ignored when they bring this up as if they were babbling fools, a few, the most powerful, can actually get people to listen. Through the power of their voices, they sing a song that tells this tale of the world ending in the most violent, fearful ways imaginable, and those listening often begin to feel as if it has already happened to them, to the point of taking severe damage from within their own delusions. Once fighting, the target is optional. This spell can be surged.
