Verbose Dissertation

Bards, being who and what they are, at times can tend to drone on and on about the same things. A Bard can, at times, go into a VERY long, VERY boring lecture on virtually anything. Knowing this about themselves, the Bards turned it to their own use, as an effective battle strategy. Often-times, in the middle of a fight, a Bard may break into one of their lectures, with the affect of actually boring the enemy so badly, he sits there stunned for a while.
