Release Melody

No Bard has been able to master the unchained melody, and only a few rare-crafted instruments were known to contain it. However, some Bards did find a way to release the melody completely from the instrument for a short time, and resist its power. Those upon whom the Bard releases this powerful melody are blinded by its brilliance. The Bard must find and wield one of the specially-crafted instruments to take advantage of the skill.
