Pandoras Box

After learning about the fabled Pandora and her box of evils the Bard is able to sing a song about it. In the singing of this song the Bard is able to actually capture some of the evils from the box and direct it at their victim. The damage of this spell increases with the caster's level. During combat the argument is optional. This spell can be surged.
