Shadowy Web

By drawing upon the essence of the Shadow Plane, an experienced Shade may form a dark web which he launches at a nearby enemy. The creature that becomes entangled in this Shadow Web suffers minor concussive damage and is immediately drawn towards the shadow dweller. It is also effectively stunned for a few moments while darkness binds its limbs.
