Instill Energy

This spell works just like enchant weapon does but it is for offhand weapons only, and its potency is slightly less. It will increase the hitroll and damroll bonuses dependent upon the level of the weapon. The weapon may only be enchanted once, and must be non-magical in nature. The weapon's alignment will take on that of the caster's.
